whats new..

1. I got my first tulips of the season yesterday from Kristian. I was feeling a little blue and I think he knew..... its not exactly spring yet so they are greenhouse ones but so gorgeous. pink and lilac.

2.I love Emma Bridgewater's crockery and kitchen wear. I do worry the mugs are a little thick for me but they are so pretty. here's the tulip one. she does crockery, textiles ,tins etc.

3.eagerly awaiting the birth of Veronica and Stevens baby and wishing I could be there to see her.

4. I have to admit this week has been my worst one since coming back from my amazing holiday. its long enough now for me to be missing everyone and feeling very down about everything.

5. Applied for lily to attend a nursery school class at the school near us . It felt right so will have to keep fingers crossed she gets a place.

6.waiting to see if we got any world cup tickets. the draw was on Monday. I hope for Kristian he got the Italy game.

7 . I am making an exploding box. its a scrapbooking project. I am doing a black and white one with black and white photos for Kristian's desk. Been enjoying it so much. I am at my happiest when being creative. next project. beading stars that my mum is sending me.

8. Just so wanting to go and see Andrew lloyd webbers new musical. the follow up to phantom of the opera. Love never dies. I will go and see it before the year is up.

9. wondering how long printer cartridges last?

10. hoping that this year is going to turn around and be good for all my friends and loved ones that have been struggling, and for myself. a few steps closer to my goals would be good. until then though I must remind myself to keep living the life I have now.
